Do you provide a design service?

We certainly do. Add design to your print job while ordering and at checkout you will be able to provide a design brief in the ‘Additional info’ field, and you can supply any required files, such as your company logo, by using the file upload field. Alternatively, you can email the files and/or brief separately to artwork@ugdprint.com.

Can I supply my own artwork?

Yes you can. When you proceed through to checkout, there will be an upload area for you to supply your files for print.

How should I supply my artwork?

If you have multiple files to supply, please zip them into one folder for upload.

Can I pay on account?

We offer 14 days terms for current clients. New clients are asked to pay up front for their first order, and we can open an account thereafter (we may also carry out credit checks before offering payment on account).

We do, however, offer a 5% discount on all orders which are paid up front using PayPal or via bank transfer.

Do you charge for delivery?

All of our prices include the cost of delivery. You can also collect from our Bridgend address between 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri, should you prefer.

How long will my order take?

Turn around times differ from product to product. You will see an estimated dispatch time on each product page. If you require design before printing, the dispatch time will start from the day artwork has been approved for printing.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Of course. Just add each product to your cart and checkout at the end when you’re ready. If you are supplying multiple pieces of artwork for different jobs, please mark file names clearly or by adding notes in the ‘Additional info’ field at checkout.
