Returns and refunds

We have established tight procedures which leave very little room for error with your print orders. This offers both peace of mind for you, the customer, and protection for ourselves against costly errors.

Artwork for each print job is either supplied by you or designed by ourselves and approved by you prior to printing. Meaning, any artwork that has proceeded to the printing process will have your full approval and UGD Print will not be liable for any mistakes on the artwork such as typos, missing pieces of information or low resolution images, or the costs associated with fixing these mistakes.

We will however, contact you should we spot anything we believe to be incorrect, to give you the opportunity to rectify before we print. Artwork should be supplied as per our guidelines.

We will not proceed to print until we have supplied artwork or approval for design work produced by us on your behalf, meaning any liability or delay in the print process will lay with you, the customer.

Reprints

We do recognise that from time to time, there may be an error in the print production and if there are any concerns we will open an immediate investigation into the issue and come to a conclusion as quickly as possible (usually within the same working day). We may request photographic evidence and a description of any issues/problems to improve our response time and investigation.

If we find that the issue risen is indeed the fault of UGD, we will offer a full reprint free of charge and will match the original turn around time or attempt to hasten the reprint to shorten any lost time, particularly for time-sensitive pieces such as newsletters.

Refunds

In the event that there is an issue with the printing that is deemed the fault of UGD, and the customer does not wish for the job to be reprinted, we will issue a refund or credit note to the customer for the full value of the order.

Each refund or reprint request will be individually assessed and investigated before an outcome is determined.

Returns

As each job is printed to order, returns are not possible and the customer commits to the order once placed and/or artwork is approved. If a reprint/refund is required under the circumstances mentioned above, UGD will take returns in order to recycle the unusable printing, should the customer request us to do so.

UGD reserve the right to refuse a refund, reprint or return should our investigations deem that any issue raised is not the fault of UGD.
