Artwork guidelines

Formats and specification

Supplied artwork should be CMYK, with a resolution of 300dpi and a 3mm of bleed if applicable. Please do not include any crop, printer or registration marks on your files and  ensure that you outline/flatten all fonts within your document.

A PDF is preferred but we can accept other file formats such as EPS, AI, JPG, or Quark Xpress / Adobe InDesign files (with accompanying fonts and images).

Correct artwork will help speed up the process and ensure deadlines are me

Artwork sizes

Below are the standard artwork sizes for you to follow when creating your artwork:

• Business Cards: 85 x 55mm
• A6 (Post Cards, Leaflets): 148 x 105mm
• A5 (Post Cards, Leaflets): 148 x 210mm
• A4 (Letterheads, Leaflets, Posters): 210 x 297mm
• A3: 297 x 420mm
• A2: 420 x 594mm
• A1: 594 x 841mm
• DL: 99 x 210mm
• A4 Presentation Folders (flat size): 430 x 310mm (please ask for our die cute template)
• A5 Presentation Folders (flat size): 305 x 220mm (please ask for our die cute template)
• Roller Banners: 850 x 2000mm

Large format artwork, such as banners and large posters can be supplied at 25% of the finished sized.
