Terms and conditions

  • Offer includes delivery to one address or collection from our office in Bridgend. Additional delivery options can be arranged at an additional cost if required.
  • For same-day printing, where available, orders must be received by 11am.
  • While we aim to meet all stated lead times, these are estimates and not guarantees. Please let us know if you have a strict deadline and we can advise if it can be met.
  • Stated lead times are from receipt of print ready artwork and payment where applicable. If you do not have print ready artwork and require our design service, lead times will begin from artwork approval.
  • Payment will be required up front unless you are an existing UGD customer with an agreed account.
  • All deliveries via our partner couriers will be next day and the additional day should be taken into account when ordering.
  • This offer is subject to availability and ends on the specified date. It may be re-introduced or removed at any time at UGD’s discretion.
